Sportleather will apply a restocking fee of $50.00 on each exchange or return, (The Restocking Fee is deducted from the individual cost of each jacket, it is not deducted from the Total Price, which includes shipping, insurance and Quick Process Option), without exceptions. The Restocking Fee will be applied when jackets are returned/exchanged for the following reasons: without exceptions.
- Wrong size. It is important to chose your size in accordance to the Sportleather Sizing Chart.
- Change color of wool and leather. The colors illustrated on our color chart are very accurate. Computer screens vary in color resolution.
If you need to return the items you've purchased, we will be glad to work with you. However, even though we are very customer oriented, and our customers mean everything to us, there are still limitations on returns.
Some items purchased from SportLeather may be exchanged or returned within 10 business days* from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new, unworn condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. To return an item for exchange, please send the item freight pre-paid and, for your protection, insured. We are charging a re-stocking fee of $50 USD for every exchange (Jacket Cost Only). It is your responsibility to choose your jacket size using this sizing chart. Since there is not a guarantee that the size that you use on daily basis, can be/or may be the same from our sizing chart, this is why it is very important to choose your size according to our sizing chart.

Retain your packing list and/or receipt and enclose it with the item you are returning.
Please make sure that the return address is the only address showing on your package.

For your protection, return the product via UPS or FedEx prepaid, or U.S. Mail prepaid and with a return receipt. Retain the UPS tracking number or Post Office receipt until you receive a credit, a refund, or replacement.
Shipment Mistakes:
Mistaken shipments, and mistaken order processing are human nature. If there is a mistake in shipping or processing your order, Sportleather will exchange the product at no additional charge. You must notify onlineorders@sportleather.com within 10 business days* if a mistake occurs.
*This 10 business day timeframe is extended for items that are on backorder or items that are explicitly marked as taking longer than 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are not refundable.
All sales of closeout merchandise are final and no returns will be accepted, so please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing closeout items. These items are clearly marked "closeout" on the product page, the basket page, and your email confirmation and on your packing slip.
