3- Is my Jacket guaranteed? Yes, your Jacket is 100% guaranteed. Please contact to us within 30 days after receiving your jacket to process your claim. Please request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from us at onlineorders@sportleather.com BEFORE sending back your Jacket. NOTE: We will not be responsible for regular wear and tear. Since our jackets are custom made, we reserve the right to assess a $50 re-stocking fee" for All Wrong sizing returns". We accept all major credit Card such as: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 8- Are the colors shown on the "Sportleather Design it Yourselft Lab" page, the actual colors of the materials in my jacket? Not all computer monitors have the same resolution and the same age. It’s very hard to display the actual true colors of our materials. We use standard colors in the industry. If you have a question on specific colors, please send us an email to: onlineorders@sportleather.com requesting an actual sample of the material so you can verify the color. 9- Are there more colors available for Body (Melton Wool) and Leather Sleeves other that the ones showed on the "Sportleather Design it Yourselft Lab"? Yes. We have more than 30 different Melton Wool colors plus an additional 20 different colors of Leather. WE CAN MANUFACTURE JACKETS IN CUSTOM COLORS. In order for us to manufacture a special color, we need a minimum order of 10 jackets. We charge a special setup fee if you are ordering less than 10 jackets.
